Shipping Policy and Returns

Processing Times

Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address used at checkout.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or product launches, this may extend to 5–7 business days.

Please note: shipping timeframes start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place your order. The estimates shown at checkout are calculated by a third-party app and don’t include processing times.

Made-To-Order, Pre-Order & Personalized Items

These products have their own production timeframes listed in their individual product descriptions.

If your order contains one of these items, your full order will ship together once it’s ready.

Domestic Shipping

We ship all US orders via USPS with free tracking.

Your tracking link will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times to major cities is 2-4 days.

Shipping is limited to US addresses only at this time. 

Returns

Return Eligibility for Custom Items

Due to their personalized nature, custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than: 

  • Damage or Defect: The item arrived damaged or is defective upon receipt.

  • Material Difference: The item is materially different from what was ordered.

30-Day Window

To qualify for a refund or replacement for a damaged or defective custom item, the return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. 

For all other items 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team\ will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

All items are handmade locally in Hockley, Texas.
